Purpose

Inform existing and potential customers about the company and active projects,

leads to project site visits.

Organization Structure

Executive reports to Presales Manager

Main Responsibilities

Attend incoming calls and make outgoing calls to inform and update

customers about active projects of SKYi Developers.

Effectively capture and maintain data of all customers / leads in the

system.

Convert prospective leads to site visits for all projects thereby meeting

the daily and monthly targets.

Share project information correctly and attend to all customers on time

and with courtesy.

Good communication skills. Should be proficient in Marathi, Hindi and

English (verbal & written)

Quick thinking and problem-solving skills, Able to work independently

and as a team player. Active listening skills.

A positive attitude, and handles rejection well. Customer focused.

Experience & Skills

Presales / tele-calling experience is a must. Real estate experience is a plus.

Must be organized and disciplined about daily calling targets and setting

follow-ups.

Strong computer skills, internet savvy, and ability to learn new skills with

training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English, Hindi, Marathi.

A strong work ethic, self-disciplined and self-motivated and a positive drive

to achieve targets.
