**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and quotations based on client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product teams) to align solutions with customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance the value proposition.
- Assist in creating sales collateral, case studies, and other presales materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth deal closures.
- Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to improve products and services.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **2+ years** of experience in presales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of **Data center** products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and offer strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and presentation tools.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and team collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in electronica and telecommunicaton presales.
- Knowledge of proposal writing and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics.
