**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive

**Location**: Baner, Pune

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is crucial in generating leads and nurturing potential clients through the initial stages of the sales process. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. Freshers with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and identify customer needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, payment plans, and available amenities.
- Schedule site visits and meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new business.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare reports on lead generation and conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software (training provided).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Any graduate (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
