Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for institutional business development, including government tenders and PSU clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
- Ensure timely reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and budgetary control.
- Manage a team of channel sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective distribution network management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B Sales or Channel Sales Management in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful channel partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Institutional Sales principles and practices; ability to develop effective relationships at all levels within institutions (Government & PSUs).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various functions.
