Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel strategies to onboard and grow B2B partners for Chai Points vending and beverage solutions.

  • Identify, qualify, and recruit new distributors and service providers through structured outreach and value proposition pitching.

  • Own and achieve revenue and partner acquisition targets across assigned geographies.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in channel organizations.

  • Represent Chai Point at industry events, exhibitions, and regional partner meetings.

  • Work closely with the internal Business Applications and Sales Ops teams to align on channel planning and reporting.

  • Collaborate with alliance partners to drive integrated solutions and joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report funnel progress and partner performance metrics.

Education

Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or distribution sales (preferably in sectors like office automation, corporate services, or facility solutions)

  • Hands-on experience working with resellers, traders, or managed service providers

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs through partnerships. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong partner relationship and account management skills

  • Competitive market awareness and solution-based selling approach

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally

  • Willingness to travel ~2030% as required.
