Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing information.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining accuracy.
