Job Summary
Front Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and front-desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and excellent customer service. This role requires a professional, organized, and friendly individual capable of multitasking and supporting office activities efficiently.
Role & responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting the Managing Director in meetings, appointments, and conference
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize the reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Maintain records of visitors and manage the front office logbook.
- Handle courier and mail services incoming and outgoing.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support HR and Admin teams with onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and maintenance staff for office needs.
- Follow up monthly bills, payments
Preferred candidate profile
- UG Or PG degree in any discipline .
- 0 - 3 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
