We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors. You will manage the front desk, coordinate inquiries, and support administrative operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone interacting with our EdTech platform or office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, educators, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly, directing them to the relevant team.
- Handle student onboarding: registration, course inquiries, and scheduling demo classes or sessions.
- Maintain an organized front desk and ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and equipped with resources.
- Maintain student and visitor records, update CRM systems, and generate reports for management.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling meetings, and supporting operational workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Academic, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Support virtual student support activities, such as guiding them through the platform or troubleshooting basic issues.
- Help organize company events, workshops, or webinars when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, administrative, or customer support roles (preferably in EdTech, education, or tech-driven organizations).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Tamil.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic work environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
