Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Collect and verify patient information and insurance details prior to their appointments.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to streamline patient flow and reduce waiting times.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Graduation (UG) or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including scheduling systems.
