Front Office Executive

Role Overview:
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves managing the reception area, coordinating with the HR department, and handling travel and accommodation arrangements efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage all front office activities including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Coordinate with the HR department for onboarding, documentation, and internal communication.
- Arrange and manage travel, cab, and accommodation bookings for staff and management.
- Maintain visitor logs, courier records, and general administrative documentation.
- Support daily office operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors.
- Handle meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for internal and external meetings.
- Assist in organizing internal events, HR activities, and other office coordination tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication flow within departments and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in front office or administrative coordination (freshers with good communication may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional grooming, positive attitude, and client service mindset.
Work Details:
- Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Experience: 13 years preferred
