Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to achieve sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
  • Handle inbound customer queries and follow up on leads effectively
  • Build rapport with customers and generate interest in offerings
  • Address objections professionally and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
  • Support smooth onboarding or service delivery by coordinating with internal teams
  • Prepare reports, call logs, and customer feedback as required

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
