**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Team Leader
## **Role Overview**:
The Tele Sales Executive / Tele Caller is responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, generating leads, and promoting products or services. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing detailed product information, and striving to achieve sales targets through effective telephonic communication.
## **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Sales Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to the company’s products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and explain product benefits.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert potential customers into sales.
2. **Lead Generation**:
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and follow-up activities.
3. **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns regarding the products.
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and potential referrals.
4. **Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Strive to achieve high conversion rates and maintain productivity standards.
5. **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
6. **Reporting & Feedback**:
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on calls, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies.
## **Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related role preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections.
