**Job Description for Tele Caller**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
- Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing
- the deal.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Taking and processing orders accurately.
- Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.
- Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
- Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1 year experience in a tele caller job or similar role.
- Graduation or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills.
- Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- tele calling: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
