**Job Description: Senior central Account manager**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Industry - Real estate Broking**

**CTC - upto 7LPA (fixed +variable)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating strategies on how to get downloads in the existing societies by understanding the gaps from city teams/MCs and then proper execution of those strategies.
- Should be well versed with excel as he’ll be making a lot of reports as well.
- Coordinating with cross functional teams
- Recruit high performance field operators including interviewing, hiring, monitoring, employee feedback and documentation, counseling and coaching, and performance management and improvement when required. And also Identify staffing needs.
- Monitoring the performance of people dedicated for downloads in respective cities.
- Planning and execution on how to get permissions for download activity in the old and new sites
- Calling MCs to get permissions directly and to understand the gaps by downloads are not happening
- Work with senior management to set monthly and quarterly team targets and devise plan of action
- Sharing reports timely to the leadership team.
- Motivating team members for high performance and providing updates/upskilling team members whenever required
- Implementing the guidelines with focus on process adherence
- Preparing quality metric with help of PIA team to ensure hygiene in cities

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations and client retention
- At Least 2 years experience as Central Coordinator in driving a key metric by the city teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage a team with regional language skills.
- Strong performance orientation and ready to work in a highly challenging environment.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
