We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue for 4QT ERP, a leading ERP solution for real estate brokers and builders & developers .

Key Responsibilities

I
•Generate & manage leads, pitch ERP solutions to builders/developers/brokers

•Deliver product presentations

•Negotiate & close deals

•Build client relationships

•Track Real Estate market trends in Hyderabad/Bangalore

•Drive sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the real estate, software, or ERP domain.


•Proven exp in sales & marketing (prefer real estate software/ERP)

•Prefer brokers/builders network in Hyderabad/Bangalore

•Strong lead generation, negotiation skills

•Excellent communication skills
