 Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for both residential and commercial real estate projects. Working closely with the promoters, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing relationships with prospective buyers, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be to implement effective sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. You will also collaborate with the marketing and project teams to maximize visibility and interest in the company's properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential and commercial properties, including lead generation and prospecting.
  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions aligned with available properties.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers, clearly articulating the benefits and features of the properties.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and assist in closing deals, ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to purchase.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that drive property visibility and attract buyers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, providing regular sales reports to management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, offering personalized attention and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all necessary documentation, contracts, and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the market.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience:  5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial properties. Experience with a real estate developer or well-known brokerage firm is highly desirable.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in any field; preferably in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Strong understanding of the residential and commercial real estate market in Bengaluru.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to clients.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
    • Knowledge of real estate regulations, sales processes, and documentation.
    • Result-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Age Profile:

Ideal candidates should be between 28-38 years .

Salary:

Competitive, commensurate with experience, typically in the range of ₹6,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum (including fixed salary and performance-based incentives).
