Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will handle client inquiries, offer property-related solutions, and drive sales by initiating and managing customer interactions via phone. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up with prospects, identifying client needs, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets and contributing to the success of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to deliver excellent client experiences over the phone
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve inquiries
- Sales expertise to identify client needs, close deals, and achieve targets
- Ability to train and onboard new team members or customers as necessary
- Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to perform well in a target-driven environment
- Experience in telesales, real estate, or a related field is advantageous
- 10+2 / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred
