WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER:

- Own the design & documentation of the ERP solutions for OEM Sales, Billing, Delivery and Dealers Finance domain
- Manage technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of the new solutions
- Participate in the product roadmap and strategy definitions
- Guide the development team to implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
- Participate in resolving bugs/issues pertaining to design, development or integration to support business continuity
- Drive the Industry Best Practices and new product features to leverage the SAP capabilities for better business processes

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 6-8 years work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution consulting, systems development, or architect role
- Must be proficient in analyzing, creating system specifications, developing scenario test cases and implementing business solutions in the e2e OEM Sales domain.
- Understanding of Business and Finance interfaces and touch-points.
- Stakeholder management capabilities with good communication skills
- Ability to assess and manage technical risks and issues.
- Understanding of Agile framework in Software development
