Key Responsibilities:

- Proven experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle for IT Staffing
- Experience in working within a global marketplace, particularly in the US region
- Create and implement strategies to identify and secure new clients in the US IT staffing industry. Generate leads through diverse channels, such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and other outreach methods
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both current and prospective clients. Gain insights into their hiring needs, staffing challenges, and business goals to provide customized solutions that meet their specific requirements
- Self-motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of delivering on targets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence customer purchasing decisions.
- Experience coordinating and driving sales efforts with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in leading both individual efforts and managing teams

Nice to have:

- Proven track record in sales, particularly in staffing or recruitment
- Excellent mentoring / training skills to build competencies

Qualifications:

- Business Degree or global equivalent in a related field
- 7 to 13 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation and business development within the US IT staffing industry
- Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships
- Highly disciplined sales professional, who has track record to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and business development
