We are looking to hire Senior Business Development Manager as a **US Staffing Sales Specialist** and require expertise in US(Onsite) and Offshore Staffing, Key Accounts Management, **New Business Development & Team Management.**
**Experience required - 5 to 10 years**
**Location: Hyderabad**
**Timings: US Shift**

**Immediate joiner**
- An experienced sales personnel required for Business Development (Inside Sales) role with Proven past track record of achieving sales target & growing business.
- Ability to sell IT Staffing(Onshore and Offshore), SOW based services, Solutions, and services to relationship-based clients and any prior exp with MSP/VMS is huge plus.
- Should be well versed with US tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099
- Ability to work with a team of Inside Sales Reps and IT Recruiters
- He/She will be responsible for sales and acquisition/ retention of existing clients in Staffing Services.
- Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposals and presentations with clients and customizing solutions.
- Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract/direct hire staffing business from the client
- Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within mínimal time.
- Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.
- Managing Customer relationships and achieving excellence. (Key Account Management)
- Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
