**BDM Experience and US IT Staffing**

We (Cloud Space IT Solutions) are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, hard-charging Business Development Manager to expand our business in existing and new accounts in US IT Staffing **Our US entity is known as Cloud Space LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina.**

**Work location: Hyderabad (remote)**

**Working Hours: 07:30 PM IST - 04:30 AM IST**
- Must be able to work in US CST/EST Shifts
- Must have minimum of 5+ years of experience working with various Direct clients /Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing partners, should be able to identify/target potential vendors in the US and get Contract Staffing requirements and closing the positions.
- Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants.
- Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients for long-term relationships.
- Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation.
- Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience
- Should be well versed with the complete life cycle of US recruitment.

Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry
- Penetrate new accounts, captivate decision makers, and overcome selling obstacles.
- Consistent record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
- High level of energy, with an outgoing personality.
- Ability to think outside the box.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
