Job Description:

- Looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager **in the **US** staffing industry.
- Develop new clients (**Direct / Tier 1 /MSP**) for IT staffing business in USA
- Ability to build **business relationships** - Have long term clients who is **willing** to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you
- Proven record of **successfully** signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
- Good understanding of **US staffing** business, sales process and recruitment process.
- Must have a proven track record of outstanding **sales performance** in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and a sense of urgency in obtaining new business.
- Full life cycle of IT solutions and staffing, business generation and recruiting experience with the ability to multi-task for various positions as per requirements.
- Expertise in relationship building and developing client-based solutions by understanding the customer's business needs and challenges.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
