**Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**: Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.
2. **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through persuasive communication and engaging potential customers.
3. **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for sales representatives by qualifying leads and effectively conveying the value proposition.
4. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, including lead information and appointment schedules.
5. **Meet Quotas**: Achieve or exceed daily call quotas and targets set for lead generation and appointment scheduling
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
3. Ability to effectively generate leads and schedule appointments through outbound calls.
4. Persistence and resilience in achieving daily call quotas and lead generation targets.
5.High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.

Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 18 - 48 per week
