**About IBR Infotech**:
We are looking for a **motivated and confident Cold Caller** to join our B2B lead generation team and help expand our client base across international markets.
**Role Overview**:
As a **Cold Calling Specialist**, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our cutting-edge development services. You’ll be responsible for initiating first contact, generating qualified leads, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make **outbound calls** to potential clients in **international markets** to generate B2B leads.
- Identify **key decision-makers** and initiate meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
- Present IBR Infotech’s **value proposition** effectively to prospects.
- Maintain and update **CRM systems** (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate call and lead data.
- Schedule **follow-up meetings, demos, or appointments** for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to **refine scripts, strategies, and messaging.**:
- Meet and exceed **daily, weekly, and monthly targets** for calls and lead conversions.
- Handle **objections and rejections** professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in **cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing** (B2B preferred).
- Excellent **verbal and written English communication skills.**:
- Comfortable working across **different time zones** (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Strong **interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation** skills.
- Basic understanding of **IT services** (web and mobile app development) is a plus.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, **target-driven**, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience in an **IT services or software development company.**:
- Ability to **personalize outreach messaging** based on client profiles or industries.
- Exposure to **lead generation tools** such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
