**Job Title**: Cold Caller - IT Services (International Market)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Location**: Indore (On-site)
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential international clients
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Clearly communicate the company's IT service offerings
- Maintain and update a database of leads and contacts
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings or follow-ups
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation (preferably in IT services)
- Knowledge of IT service offerings such as software development, web/mobile app development, or IT consulting
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Must be able to work from our Indore office (on-site role)
