**Job Description - Customer Service Executive / Sr. Customer Executive**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Call Centre Management**
- Supervise and guide **junior call centre executives** to maintain service quality.
- Ensure adherence to **call scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs)**.
- Monitor calls and provide **feedback and training** to improve performance.

**Customer Query Resolution**
- Resolve escalated customer concerns in a **professional and timely manner**.
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve services.

**Chatbot & Automation Management**
- Monitor and optimize **chatbot responses** to enhance customer interactions.
- Analyze chatbot data to identify areas for improvement in automation and response accuracy.

**Reporting & Process Improvement**
- Track customer interactions and generate **performance reports**.
- Suggest and implement **enhancements to call scripts, chat flows, and response guidelines**.

**Key Requirements**:
**Experience**: Any Graduation / Intern Experience / Or Women willing to start a career
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Communication, or a related field**.
**Skills**:

- Strong **verbal and written communication skills**.
