**Customer Care Executive**

**Location**: Noida (On-site)
**Industry**: Education / Ed-Tech
**Experience**: 0-1 Years (Freshers can apply)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month + Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to assist students regarding course details, admission status, and payment queries.
- Maintain **positive and professional communication** with students and parents.
- Update and manage student information in the **CRM system** accurately.
- Follow up with students for **pending documents, payments, or admission formalities**.
- Ensure **timely resolution of queries** and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the counselling and accounts team for smooth student support.
- Prepare daily call and follow-up reports for review.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent **verbal communication skills** in English and Hindi.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with **CRM or Excel**.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Positive attitude and **customer-first approach**.
- Prior experience in **customer support, telecalling, or education counselling** will be an advantage.
