**About Us**:
(Orbiqe Technologies pvt. ltd.) is looking for a compassionate and proactive **Customer Care Executive** to join our team and help ensure our clients have a positive and seamless experience when using our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with booking sessions, selecting astrologers, and navigating the portal.
- Resolve complaints or technical issues and offer personalized guidance on astrology services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and keep customers informed about events, promotions, and new services.
- Collaborate with astrologers and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and follow up for customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and customer support platforms.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with both customers and internal teams.
