Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a Customer Care and Client Handling Executive to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, assisting with orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various touchpoints. If you’re passionate about building relationships, resolving challenges, and providing a seamless customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Manage order processing, return requests, and exchange procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Provide information on products, discounts, promotions, and new launches.
- Coordinate with different teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, and sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and report on any recurring issues.
- Conduct follow-up calls to assess customer satisfaction and improve client relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer care, client handling, or call center operations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on a formal tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
