- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
