Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, customer

satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- MBA from a recognized institution (specialization in Marketing, Customer Relationship

Management, or Operations preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer care, customer experience, or client servicing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver solutions under pressure.

Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Understanding of digital customer engagement (social media, live chat).
