**Designation - CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE** This is a full-time in-office role for a Customer Care Executive at Moxi Outsourcing located in Noida Sector-63. The job will be responsible for providing information and confirming basic details of the customer and fixing appointment for our sales team. Ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and driving sales through customer interactions. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Respond to customers about energy saving scheme and booking appointments that fit into the schedule of the customer. - Conduct calls and generate leads "first meeting" for sales representative. - This is an International Voice Process. - Talking to Australian customers over calls and provide relevant support regarding our renewable energy solutions. - Achieve self-business targets and ensure profitability of the unit. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Provide feedback to the internal teams on potential product improvement based on customer feedback. - Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and transactions in the CRM system. - A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Maintain regular relationship with existing and potential customers. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Excellent communication skills with patience and active listening. - Strong hold on English and grammar. - Problem solving skill and analytical thinking. - Freshers and experienced can apply. - Graduate and post-graduate both can apply. - Strong phone contact handling skills.
