**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring first-call resolution wherever possible.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Experience in resolving customer complaints and maintaining service quality standards.

**3.Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
