Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
3. Provide product information and recommendations.
4. Handle customer complaints and feedback.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
6. Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets.
7. Participate in visual merchandising and promotions.
8. Meet customer satisfaction and sales targets.
**Requirements**:
1. 1-10 years of retail/mall experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in English and Hindi.
6. Graduate or Diploma holder.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
