**Job Summary**:
The Mall Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers at the mall.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about stores, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times.
- Coordinate with mall management and store representatives for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with mall policies and security guidelines.
- Assist with lost and found services.
- Support promotional events and activities within the mall.
- Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for handling inquiries and complaints.
- Fluency in local and English languages is preferred.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
