**Administration & Maintenance Coordinator**
1) Monitor the systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
2) Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
3) Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
4) Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
5) Create and implement maintenance procedures.
6) Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
7) Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
8) Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
9) Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business.
10) Processing and reporting on office expenses.
11) Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications for Maintenance Manager
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance and administration role.
- Any Graduation
