
Travel Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategize, plan, and drive growth for B2B and B2C business within the assigned cluster.
- Map and develop new distribution networks to support business expansion.
- Design and execute effective marketing and visibility strategies in the B2B/B2C domain.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by the business.
- Ensure the team communicates complete and accurate product and cost details to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and distribution partners.
- Maintain and update the Daily Sales Report (DSR) accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels remain at or above 95% throughout all interactions.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Lead and motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle and resolve customer escalations efficiently and professionally.
- Promote employee participation in training programs; identify skill gaps and implement development initiatives.
- Eliminate monetary losses by timely cancellation of liabilities and effective collection processes.
- Identify and leverage new revenue opportunities; focus on distribution expansion and repeat business.
- Drive and manage incentive programs to boost team motivation and productivity.
- Conduct due diligence to minimize risk exposure for the organization.
- Ensure full compliance with organizational systems and audit requirements.
- Implement measures to minimize business losses.
- Foster a cohesive, high-performing team culture focused on shared goals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹668,335.68 per year
