Key Responsibilities

  • Build and implement the end-to-end sales process and customer journey map — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Act as a destination expert, offering deep knowledge and guidance on international locations including Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and more.
  • Call qualified leads, record requirements, and input all trip/quote details accurately into the CRM.
  • Create customized quotes and travel packages that align with client preferences, budgets, and travel styles.
  • Share proposals with leads, address queries, and work closely with clients to secure bookings.
  • Devise a seamless system with the tech team to transfer sales data to the operations team for smooth post-sale service.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to build strong customer relationships and drive conversions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and suggest improvements for better targeting.

Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of proven experience in international travel sales, preferably in a consultative or package-creation role on the B2C side.
  • Prior experience in designing sales processes, CRM usage, or customer journey mapping is highly desirable.
  • Experience creating quotes and packages for destinations like Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and more
  • Strong track record of closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and process-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations and international travel packages.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
