The **Customer Support Executive** will be responsible for managing **incoming queries via messages** across multiple platforms, providing timely responses, resolving student doubts, and assisting with course enrollments. This role requires **quick response handling, excellent communication skills, and a student-first approach** to ensure a seamless support experience.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot), and WhatsApp Business API**.
- Strong typing speed and **efficient message handling capabilities**.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Quick response time** and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Strong **written communication and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to handle student inquiries **politely and professionally**.
- Good **time management and multitasking abilities**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
