**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Surat
**Education Requirement**: Bachelor’s Degree
**Salary Range**: ₹25,001 to ₹30,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 2-3 Years

As a **Customer Support Executive**, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers in understanding and utilizing our products or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Address customer issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring resolution.
- **Problem Solving and Resolution**:

- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, enhancing their experience with the company.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Gather customer feedback on products and services and share insights with relevant teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- **Product Knowledge and Support**:

- Gain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
- Stay updated on product changes, features, and promotions to address customer inquiries effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in using CRM software or other customer support tools.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
