
Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented **Customer Support Executive** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our products or services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to address complex queries.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process or product improvements.
- Meet performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
- 0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
