- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to gather feedback for service enhancement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
