**Role Overview**:
Frizty is hiring a **Customer Support Executive** who will handle customer queries over calls and WhatsApp. You will act as a bridge between the brand and customers, ensuring a smooth and delightful post-purchase experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle outbound calls for feedback and support
- Assist customers with product usage and post-purchase concerns
- Manage WhatsApp conversations professionally
- Address returns and general inquiries politely and efficiently
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in **Hindi**, **Gujarati**, and basic **English**:
- Clear communication and a polite, confident tone
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus
