We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** who understands **accounting** and has experience using any **têxtile accounting software** like **Empire, Tripta, Tamanna, Thomas, Joshi, Equal, Frontline, Turbo, or Tally**.

You will support users of our in-house accounting software **“Simple Hisab”**, helping them solve queries.

**What You'll Do**:

- Talk to customers and solve their queries related to our software
- Understand client issues and guide them step-by-step
- Provide remote support and coordinate with the technical team if needed
- Maintain basic records of support tickets and customer feedback
- Share suggestions to improve the software based on customer input

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Basic knowledge of **accounting principles (debit/credit, ledger, GST, etc.)**:

- Experience in **any accounting software** (Empire, Tally, Turbo, Tripta, etc.)
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
- Ability to explain things clearly and patiently to users
- Ready to learn and adapt to new software (training will be provided)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
