
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Plan and maintain CEO’s calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize and set agendas and action points for all his meetings.**:
- **Act as ‘follow-up Manager’ across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are been executed.**:
- **Book transport and accommodation as and when required.**:
- **Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, off-site when required and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points.**:
- **Provide general administrative support & have a steady experience as office coordinator.**:
- **Accountable and committed to the task in hand with integrity, honesty.**:
- **An ability to manage time and workload efficiently.**:
- **Willing to learn new things & do whatever it takes to get the job done.**
**EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS.**
- **Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.**:
- **Good command over English & Communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.**:
- **Should have 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or secretary to the MD/CEO of a company.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
