**Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEOResponsibilities**:

- **Managing the CEO's Schedule**: Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- **Project Management**: Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.
- **Strategic Support**: Provide support on strategic initiatives, helping the CEO achieve business goals.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all tasks and communications.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
