Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEOResponsibilities**:
- **Managing the CEO's Schedule**: Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- **Project Management**: Assist with the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Strategic Support**: Provide support on strategic initiatives, offering insights and helping to implement plans.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- **Liaison Role**: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external contacts.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to handle unexpected issues and find solutions quickly.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools.
- **Discretion and Professionalism**: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- **Educational Background**: Typically a bachelor's degree, though some positions may require a master's degree or relevant experience

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
