Company Overview:
Esson Pharma is a leading international pharmaceutical trading company based in Mumbai,
specializing in high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and intermediates.
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director and Corporate HR, requiring
exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion. The role also involves
drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Preparing MOM's as per agenda & follow-up
- Manage the Managing Directors calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
logistics.
- Handle interdepartmental communications and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate social media management.
- Organize hospitality for guests and support senior management initiatives.
- Draft and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal operations.
HR Duties:
- Facilitate management of employee documentation.
- Oversee Admin activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the pharmaceutical
sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Ability to draft and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
