Job Description: Soft Skill Trainer with TOT Certification (NEISBUD/NASSCOM)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skill Trainer with a Training of Trainers (TOT) certification from NEISBUD (National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development) or NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies) to join our team at AISECT Dindayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra in Hazaribagh. As a Soft Skill Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver training programs and workshops aimed at developing essential soft skills in our students. Your TOT certification will demonstrate your expertise in training delivery and the ability to train other trainers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs focused on soft skills development, including but not limited to communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Design training modules and learning materials, incorporating interactive methods such as role plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Conduct training sessions for students enrolled in various skill development programs, maintaining a conducive learning environment and engaging participants actively.

Assess individual student performance and progress using appropriate evaluation tools and techniques.

Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their soft skills and address areas of development.

Collaborate with other trainers and program coordinators to align training objectives with the overall curriculum and learning outcomes.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate relevant methodologies into the training programs.

Monitor and track the effectiveness of training programs through regular evaluations and assessments.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, training materials, and student performance.

Support students in their personal and professional growth by providing guidance, mentorship, and career advice when required.

Utilize your TOT certification to train and mentor other trainers within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related discipline. A master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience as a Soft Skill Trainer or in a similar role, preferably in an educational or vocational training setting.

Training of Trainers (TOT) certification from NEISBUD or NASSCOM, demonstrating expertise in training delivery and the ability to train other trainers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs using interactive and participatory methods.

Proficiency in using technology tools and multimedia resources to enhance training delivery.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse learning needs of students from different backgrounds.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others develop their soft skills.

Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
