**Job Description: GDA Trainer**

**Position**: GDA Trainer

**Qualifications**:

- TOT Certified
- Not affiliated with any other training partner on Hunar and NSDC portal

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in skill projects

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Teaching Sessions**:

- Conduct classes following the common norms of JSDMS (Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society).
- Employ innovative teaching methodologies to engage and inspire learners.

**Assessment**:

- Conduct weekly assessments to evaluate the progress of trainees.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

**Session Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive session plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Ensure the inclusion of practical, hands-on exercises to enhance skill development.

**Attendance Management**:

- Ensure timely capture of trainees' attendance on the JSDMS portal.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to attendance.

**Physical Attendance**:

- Monitor and ensure the physical attendance of trainees during training sessions.
- Address any issues related to absenteeism promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of training.
- Familiarity with JSDMS guidelines and compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
